Constituent Services

Senator Mike Moore

Senator Michael Moore’s office is able to provide a number of services to the residents of the Second Senator Mike More flipping burgers at the Millbury Library eventWorcester District. Whether you need answers to questions regarding pending legislation, have a request for a citation or are in need of direct personal assistance, Senator Moore is committed to providing his constituents with a timely response. Although the Senator cannot directly determine the outcome of cases, he and his staff are able to help you navigate through the many layers of state government and ensure that state agencies are responsive.  However, the Senator and his staff are unable to provide legal advice and they may not intervene in pending litigation.

If you are in need of assistance you may contact Senator Moore through a variety of methods. The Senator has staff in his office at the State House as well as in his district office in Shrewsbury who are there to assist you. You are always welcome to visit the Senator and his staff during his local office hours as well. You may write a letter, call the office or send the Senator an e-mail with your concerns or questions.

Due to the high volume of calls and e-mails the office receives, the Senator is best able to respond if you include in your correspondence: your name, address and a contact number where you may be reached.   Please do not email personal identifying information such as Social Security Numbers. When a staff person calls they will collect any additional information they made need to assist you. In certain cases, a release form called a PSI Form or Permission to Share Information Form may be needed to allow the Senator’s staff to talk to an agency about your case.

The Senator is happy to assist in setting up a tour of the Massachusetts State House through the Secretary of State’s Office.  These official tours are free to the public and are a wonderful educational opportunity for adults
and children alike.
